A 10-minute orientation process for navigating growth, visibility, and identity shifts — without losing yourself in them.
It's here to orient you.
When you're in an identity shift — letting go of who you were, growing into who you're becoming — your mind does something predictable: it turns the discomfort into a verdict about you.
Mapping the wobble interrupts that. It turns "something is wrong with me" into "ah — this is the phase I'm in."
Answer honestly. There are no wrong responses. This is for you.
Select everything that's true. (More than one is common — that's the point.)
Select the thoughts that feel most familiar — the ones that have been loudest lately.
These are not bad habits. They're familiar safety behaviors. Naming them means you don't act on them unconsciously.
Don't try to make it impressive. Just notice what's still there beneath the noise.
Every wobble moves through five phases. You might feel elements of more than one — pick the one that feels closest.
This is where old metrics no longer apply and new ones haven't arrived yet.
"This is the phase where my old proof no longer applies and my new proof hasn't stabilized yet."The reframe that stops personalization — Identity Wobble™ Framework
The Identity Wobble™ is core to the work I do with coaches, entrepreneurs, and leaders navigating identity-level growth. If this mapped something real for you, let's continue the conversation.
